  1. Wash the cabbage and set aside. Cut off a piece of sausage and set aside.

  2. Tear the cabbage into two to three centimeter pieces by hand.

  3. Cut the sausage into cubes about one centimeter in size.

  4. Blanch the cabbage in boiling water, rinse it in cold water and drain.

  5. Put vegetable oil in the pot, when it is 30% hot, add the diced sausage and stir-fry for a few times, then add the chopped green onion and star anise and stir-fry until fragrant.

  6. Add cabbage and stir-fry evenly. Add appropriate amount of salt, sugar, light soy sauce and chicken essence in turn and stir-fry evenly.

  7. Drizzle with sesame oil and serve.
