Overview
There are many natural ingredients with beautiful colors, among which purple sweet potato is one of them. I usually like to use steamed purple sweet potato. No matter what you make, the color is beautiful. But sometimes powder is needed, such as making whole egg cakes, or even special types of biscuits. I have bought purple sweet potato flour, but I don’t know if it’s a processing problem or something else. The color of the finished product has changed too much and it doesn’t look good. Taking advantage of the activity of creating erotic emotions, I made some purple potato powder and some purple potato chips. These slices can be used as snacks, and the purple potato powder can be added to any delicacy as I like. Because this purple sweet potato starch is cooked, it is very convenient to eat

Boil the water in the pot, add the purple potato slices and cook for one minute. You don't need to cook them, just boil them a little, so that the color will be beautiful. If you are eating crisps, put a small spoonful of sugar in the water, which will make it slightly sweeter and more delicious. If you are making powder, you don’t need to add sugar

Remove the cooked slices from the water and place them on a baking sheet. I lined the baking pan with a tarp so it wouldn't stick.

To make flour, heat the oven from top to bottom and bake at 90 degrees for 80 minutes. If you are eating crisps, bake in the oven at 150 degrees for 25 minutes. The texture of low-temperature baking is slightly harder, but the color is prettier. The texture is crispier when roasted at high temperature.
