Overview
I have been losing weight recently and strictly control my weight for health. But I’m a foodie, so it’s a bit difficult. This starts with eating more vegetarian dishes and mushrooms, and then gradually reduces the intake of meat dishes. Today I made a dish of shredded king oyster mushrooms, which was so delicious.
