Wash the spinach, blanch it in hot water, remove and cool, then chop into pieces.

Add yeast, a little warm water, and spinach to the flour.

Mix evenly and form a dough.

Let the dough rise until doubled in size.

Roll the dough into a large square and sprinkle with salt.

Drizzle in oil and spread evenly.

Sprinkle chopped chives evenly.

Roll up from top to bottom.

Then cut into equal pieces.

Use chopsticks to make an impression in the middle.

Place in the steamer and continue fermenting for 15 minutes.

Steam over high heat for 15 minutes and turn off the heat. After steaming, simmer for 3 minutes before opening the lid.
