Prepare ingredients (pork liver; lean meat; bell pepper)

Cut the lean pork liver, add appropriate amount of salt, wine, corn starch, soy sauce, ginger and green onion and marinate for half an hour (the pork liver needs to be soaked in salt water for half an hour after being cut).

Blanch bell pepper slices
