Measure out all sorted materials and place them in a basin.

Add milk and butter and mix well.

Add white sesame seeds and mix well.

Knead into a smooth and non-sticky dough, cover with plastic wrap and rest for 20 minutes.

Sprinkle dry flour to prevent sticking, and roll the dough into a thin and even sheet with a thickness of 2-3 mm.

Use a ruler to measure the size and use a sharp knife to divide the dough evenly.

Divide into long strips of even width.

Then divide each strip of dough into rectangular pieces of even size, and place them on a baking sheet lined with greaseproof paper, spaced apart.

Let rest for ten minutes and prick each cookie with a fork. Place in the upper shelf of a preheated 170-degree oven and bake for about 15 minutes.

After the baked biscuits cool, seal them and store them.
