Steps
-
I used beef brisket, washed it and cut it into slightly smaller pieces, and prepared onions, ginger and garlic.
-
Put cold water into the pot, add onions, ginger, garlic, cooking wine
-
After the water boils, skim off the blood foam
-
Prepare curry cubes
-
Remove the meat pieces and put them into the pressure cooker, and make a new pot of hot water, about 2 liters of hot water. Add the curry cubes. Select meat mode and select high pressure for pressure.
-
After the pressure cooker is pressed in about 40 minutes, pour the soup and meat into the wok, turn on high heat, and after boiling, add carrots and potatoes, and turn to medium to low heat. Turn on the timer and stir the bottom of the pot every 10 minutes to prevent sticking. At the 30th minute, the soup has thickened. Do not leave the kitchen at this time. Use a shovel to constantly scoop up the contents from the bottom of the pot to prevent it from sticking. After 5 minutes, turn off the heat and serve.

The potatoes and carrots were overripe, and the beef had taken on some flavor. It’s especially delicious when paired with rice! If you want it to be more sour and sweet, you can add a tomato!
