Add a small amount of water to the starch and chicken essence to make water starch; after the tofu is boiled, continue to cook for about 3 minutes; pour the water starch evenly around the edges, stir-fry gently while pouring, until it begins to solidify, turn off the heat, and prepare to cook; sprinkle with chopped green onion according to personal taste, the last step can sprinkle a small amount of peppercorns, and pour an appropriate amount of oil;
