Pick, wash and chop celery.

Add 7 spoons of oil, one spoon of soy sauce, half a spoon of salt, and half a spoon of chicken essence to the beef filling.

Add chopped celery.

Mix well.

Add warm water to the flour.

Mix well and knead into a smooth dough and set aside to rest for half an hour.

Knead the dough evenly and roll it into a long shape.

Break into evenly sized pieces.

Take one portion, flatten it, and roll it into a dough that is thin on all sides and thick in the middle.

Put appropriate amount of filling into the dough.

Fold the edges in half and tuck the edges inwards.

Put a pot of water and bring it to a boil.

After the water boils, add the dumplings. Use a spatula to gently push the dumplings in one direction to prevent them from sticking to the bottom of the pot.

Cook until the dumplings are all floating and puffy.
