Change the onions, green peppers and fungus with a knife and set aside.

Heat oil in a pan and sauté pepper, onion and garlic until fragrant. Add a little bean paste to enhance the flavor, optional or not.

Add the ingredients and stir-fry for a while.

Add salt, thirteen spices, soy sauce and continue stir-frying.

Fry until cooked and add chicken essence, stir-fry evenly and remove from the pan.
