Mix all seasonings into sauce.

Spread the sauce evenly over the chicken and coat the inner cavity of the chicken with the sauce.

Store the sauced chicken in an airtight container and marinate it in the refrigerator overnight.

Shred the red peppers and onions, and dice the broccoli and potatoes and set aside.
