How to make two-color matcha pudding
Overview
Pudding originated from the United Kingdom and is widely loved by Europeans because of its tender and sweet taste. Matcha was first invented by the Chinese, but later spread to Japan and was promoted by the Japanese. I feel a little bit uncomfortable when I say this, but it is true that we Chinese invented matcha first. Let’s not talk about it anymore. Today I will make a matcha flavored two-color pudding. I hope everyone will like it! After all, today is Chinese Valentine’s Day!

Ingredients
Steps
-
First prepare the raw materials, as shown in the picture, or look at the ingredient details!
-
First pour the milk into the milk pot and add the custard powder.
-
Then add vitamin inulin to the milk pot. Adding vitamin inulin has several main functions. First, it can increase the stability of the pudding. Second, it can supplement vitamins and minerals. Third, vitamin inulin can detoxify and lose weight, stabilize blood sugar, and increase the reproduction of beneficial bacteria in the intestines. It is especially effective in treating constipation. Therefore, it is added to many high-end desserts and bakeries in Europe.
-
Then add condensed milk, mainly for seasoning, if you like sweetness, you can add a little more! If it still doesn’t feel sweet, you can add sugar, but I personally think that too much sugar is not a good thing for the body! So I don't like using sugar.
-
Then add whipped cream to make it taste even better!
-
After everything is added, turn up the heat and cook slightly. Do not boil it. It should be about 60 to 70 degrees. Then stir it with a spoon! The main purpose is to melt and stir the custard powder more evenly!
-
Next we prepare matcha powder.
-
Pour the freshly boiled milk into the matcha powder. Remember not to pour it all in. We are going to make a two-color pudding, so leave half of it!
-
I didn’t buy a tea whisk, so I used a whisk!
-
Then filter the beaten milk matcha liquid!
-
Apply a thin layer of cooking oil to the mold to facilitate demolding! Then you can pour it into the mold! Refrigerate for 1 hour.
-
After an hour, pour the remaining milk liquid (which needs to be reheated) into the mold, continue to refrigerate, and a two-color matcha pudding is ready! Enjoy with your family!
