Overview
The meat of the sea bass is tender and delicious. Steaming can better retain nutrients. Children like to eat it, and it is easy to operate. The picture of the finished product was taken just after it was steamed. It was not taken well.

Wash the fresh seabass and make several cuts on the fish body

Spread salt, cooking wine, light soy sauce, and soy sauce evenly on the fish, and rub the fish with ginger to better remove the fishy smell. Marinate the seasoned fish for 10 minutes.

Bring the water in the pot to a boil. Remember to put some lard before steaming to make it more fragrant. Steam over high heat for 12 minutes.

After steaming the fish, turn off the heat and simmer for another 3 minutes. Sprinkle the onions, ginger and garlic, and pour the hot oil on top.
