Wash the prawns and put them in the refrigerator for half an hour to make them easier to peel

Remove the shrimp heads and leave the tails

Peel, but not the tip of the tail

Make incisions on the back and remove the gut

Pass the tail through the slits and make it into a shrimp ball shape

Sprinkle with salt and pepper and marinate for half an hour

Dip in dry starch

Coat with egg wash

Dip in bread crumbs

Heat the oil in the pot until it is 60% hot, add the shrimp balls and fry slowly until golden brown and take them out
