  1. Wash the baby cabbage and dry it. Spread a little salt on each Chinese cabbage leaf and marinate for about 20 minutes

  3. Chop the apples, pears, carrots, ginger, and garlic into fine pieces. You can also use a juicer to make juice

  6. Wear disposable gloves, squeeze out the water from the baby cabbage and put it into the marinade you just prepared. Don’t put too much, add it little by little, and spread the marinade evenly into the baby cabbage
