Ingredients
Steps
-
Have ingredients ready for later use.
-
Peel the pumpkin and cut the purple sweet potato into pieces.
-
Pour water into the pot and steam the diced pumpkin and purple sweet potato for 20 minutes.
-
Peel the steamed purple sweet potato and mash the pumpkin separately.
-
Go to two basins, put flour respectively, put milk and sugar into the flour, add purple sweet potato puree and pumpkin puree respectively, dissolve the dry yeast with warm water, divide into two parts, put them into two basins and knead the dough.
-
Place the dough in a warm place to rise. (It takes about an hour and a half to make the dough)
-
Roll the mixed dough into a long strip (I forgot to take a photo of this step) and cut it into small uniform balls.
-
Roll out the dough into small dough balls (not too thin, just a little thicker), and overlap them into five pieces.
-
Use chopsticks to make marks in the middle of the dough.
-
Roll the dough from right to left.
-
Use a knife to cut the rolled noodles into two parts from the indentation of the chopsticks, so that you have two flowers.
-
Gently shape the cut surface with your hands to create a beautiful flower.
-
Bring water to a boil, then turn down the heat to low, put the shaped flower buns into the pot and steam for 20 minutes.
-
Pumpkin dough is the same as steps 7.8.9.10.11.12.13 above.
-
After 20 minutes, take out the steamed steamed buns and put them on a plate. Look beautiful.
-
You can also roll the remaining purple sweet potato and pumpkin noodles into large pancakes, roll them up and down to form a scroll, and cut them open.
-
Just steam it for 30 minutes.
