One pig's foot, washed

Soak dry soybeans in warm water in advance, then rinse

Put cold water in the pot, add the pig's feet and add cooking wine to blanch them. After blanching, rinse them with running water

Seasonings are ready

Heat oil in a pan, add pork trotters and stir-fry for a while

Add seasonings and stir-fry until fragrant

Add 2 tbsp cooking wine, 2 tbsp light soy sauce, 1 tbsp oil, 1 tbsp dark soy sauce and stir-fry until browned

Add water over pig's feet

Add soaked soybeans

Bring to a boil over high heat, cover the pot, turn to low heat and simmer, stirring occasionally to avoid burning the pot

When the soup is almost dry, add an appropriate amount of salt and simmer for a while

Then add sugar to taste
