Overview
The layers of crispy puff pastry are mixed with the aroma of chopped green onion and salt and pepper. The outside is full of sesame seeds. Taking a bite is super satisfying~

Oil dough = 200g all-purpose flour + 85g water + 30g corn oil, start the dough mixing process.

Pastry dough = 150g all-purpose flour + 50g corn oil, add chopped green onion, salt and pepper and cumin.

Make up the two pieces of dough. (The water-oil dough needs to rise for 30 minutes)

Divide the pastry dough into 55g pieces.

Divide the water-oil dough into 70g pieces.

Divide the dough into four portions.

Wrap the pastry in water-oil skin.

Do it all.

Take one and roll it out.

Fold both sides back in half.

Continue to roll out and fold in half.

Roll it out again and fold it in half.

Roll into a square shape.

Brush with a layer of egg wash.

Spread a layer of white sesame seeds.

Preheat the oven to 220 degrees for upper heat and 190 degrees for lower heat, for about 20 minutes. Observe the color on the surface during baking.

After baking, let cool completely.
