Prepare the materials, five bags of pasteurized fresh milk, a small bag of Caucasian yogurt powder, pudding cups and dispensing cups sterilized by boiling water

Put a small amount of milk into the dispensing cup, add bacterial powder, and stir thoroughly until a lot of foam appears

Add the milk to the dispensing cup four or five times, stirring thoroughly each time before adding it so that the bacterial powder is fully dissolved.

Then divide into pudding cups and put into yogurt machine.

Set the timer for ten hours. After many experiments, the yogurt that has been fermented for ten hours is the best.

It’s ready to eat. Add some honey to taste better. The milk is mellow, soft and delicious
