Coke Chicken Wings

Steps

1. 1 Wash the chicken wings and cut a few slits with a knife (to facilitate flavoring). Marinate with cooking wine, ginger slices, scallion segments, light soy sauce, salt, and sesame oil until the flavor develops (more than 3 hours, preferably overnight).

   

2. 2 Then put the marinated chicken wings into the pan and fry until golden brown.

   

3. 3 Add an appropriate amount of cola and bring to a boil until the cola is even with the chicken wings.

   

4. 4 Simmer over low heat until the soup thickens and then turn off the heat.
