Blanch the tofu skin and cut into thin strips.

Remove the leaves from the coriander, leaving only the roots and add minced garlic.

Place all ingredients in a bowl.

Add oyster sauce, sugar, vinegar, shredded red pepper, soy sauce and salt.

Heat oil in the pot and pour it onto the bean skin.
