Braised pork ribs
Overview
There is a kid in my family who loves meat. He likes it as long as there is meat in the dishes. My grandpa even nicknamed him Little Pork Bun. 😄 Every now and then I make him a big meat dish to satisfy his craving~ This time I made a braised pork ribs dish that I learned from my dad. The process is a bit complicated, but the finished product tastes great. It takes a long time to make it. The taste passed down by my father, I hope it will become the taste of my mother in Roubao’s memory in a few years...
