The bread that everyone in the baking world knows---cheese buns
Overview
Speaking of this cheese bun, I guess everyone in the circle of food lovers knows it. I happened to have a piece of cheese at home that I didn’t know what to make, so I tried making it. The taste was naturally great, but in my opinion, the recipe of the bread is not that important. You can use any recipe you like. The main difference from the previous bread is the fillings. Cheese buns became popular last year and are still the signature delicacy of many bakeries. When I go to pastry shops recently, I always see cheese buns displayed in a conspicuous position.

Except for the butter, knead the other ingredients evenly, then add the butter and knead until the film expands and the film can be pulled out.
-
The kneaded dough is fermented for the first time.
-
Ferment until doubled in size.
-
The fermented dough is deflated, rolled into a round shape, and placed in a mold for secondary fermentation.
-
While the bread is fermenting, make the filling and put together all the ingredients for the filling.
-
Stir in hot water and the filling is ready.
-
Let the dough rise until doubled in size and brush a layer of milk on top.
-
Bake in the preheated oven, and brush the baked bread with butter while it's hot.
-
Let cool slightly and then cut into chunks.
-
Cut each piece two or three more times without cutting through.
-
Spread the cheese filling, and finally spread the cheese on both sides of the bread and stick it with milk powder.
