I accidentally saw this prune recipe in the book "French Cordon Bleu Basic Baking", and the method and ingredients are relatively simple, so I started making it. Far is one of the representatives of French home-made desserts. It was very popular in the era before butter was used.

  1. Sift low-gluten flour.
