The tenderloin is first chilled in the refrigerator to make it easier to cut

Cut into shreds, then marinate with salt, pepper, egg white and ginger for ten minutes to add flavor.

Spread the starch while spreading it with your hands until all the tenderloins are coated with starch and spread out without sticking together.

Fry in oil pan until golden brown and set aside.

After all the oil is poured out, there will be enough oil on the pan. Add the tomato paste, sugar, and sesame seeds and stir-fry over low heat until they bubble.

Add half a bowl of water and simmer until the soup is thick. Add the shredded pork in step 4 and mix well
