Sautéed Chicken
Overview
There is no simpler dish than the combination of cucumber and chicken. A crisp and fresh cucumber and a bowl of tender chicken are simply stir-fried, but they are delicious and go with the meal!

Dice cucumber.

Remove bones and skin from chicken thighs, marinate with salt and a little cooking wine for a while.

Use sweet noodle sauce, bean paste, cooking wine and sugar to make a bowl of sauce.

After heating the pan, pour in oil, drain off more oil, and stir-fry the chicken legs.

Pour in the prepared sauce and continue to stir-fry.

Pour in the cucumber and continue to stir-fry. Taste it yourself at this time. If it is not salty enough, add more salt. If you want the dish to be darker, just use starch to thicken it.
