Sautéed Chicken

Overview

There is no simpler dish than the combination of cucumber and chicken. A crisp and fresh cucumber and a bowl of tender chicken are simply stir-fried, but they are delicious and go with the meal!

  1. Dice cucumber.

  2. Remove bones and skin from chicken thighs, marinate with salt and a little cooking wine for a while.

  3. Use sweet noodle sauce, bean paste, cooking wine and sugar to make a bowl of sauce.

  4. After heating the pan, pour in oil, drain off more oil, and stir-fry the chicken legs.

  5. Pour in the prepared sauce and continue to stir-fry.

  6. Pour in the cucumber and continue to stir-fry. Taste it yourself at this time. If it is not salty enough, add more salt. If you want the dish to be darker, just use starch to thicken it.

  7. After stir-frying for less than a minute, add a few drops of sesame oil and it’s ready to go!
