Japanese style steak
Overview
In my impression, steak should be served with classic black pepper sauce. I tried teriyaki sauce some time ago and I fell in love with it immediately. Do it again. The main ingredients of Japanese sauce are soy sauce, salt, sugar and wine. Of course, it will be better if you use authentic Japanese seasonings. If not, we can use ready-made seasonings in the kitchen or cook a unique sauce. Last time I used wine, this time I used a little white wine and it worked well.

Use kitchen paper to absorb the water from the steak.
