It’s my first time to make peach gum, so I’m a little confused. The peach gum and saponin rice mainly need to be soaked in water for 12 hours➕. Don’t boil the milk for too long and keep it within 20 minutes. If it’s too long, it will clump, because the peach gum and saponin rice has no taste.
