Overview
There is obviously a lack of attention to foreign festivals. Making garland bread is not only for the occasion, but also a nice way to end the year for your small kitchen.

slightly elongated
-
Start braiding
-
Braid it evenly, you can feel like braiding your hair when you were a kid
-
After braiding, form it into a circle and flatten the extra strip of noodles
-
Wrap around the wreath and close
-
Carefully transfer to the parchment paper on the baking sheet
-
Use the fermentation function of the oven for secondary fermentation, about 1 hour
-
After rising, brush with egg wash and preheat the oven at 200 degrees for 3 or 5 minutes
-
Adjust the temperature of the upper and lower tubes to 150 degrees, heat the air, place the baking sheet on the middle layer, and bake for 15-20 minutes
-
The shape of the braids is maintained pretty well after baking
-
After taking it out of the oven, let it cool completely because you need to use small sugar granules for decoration
-
I specially selected small red and green stars from the colorful candies
-
Let’s take a close-up. I bought this sugar granule from a baking ingredient store I frequent
-
It’s also very atmospheric if you change the angle

I don’t know if garland bread is a standard Christmas dish, just entertain yourself
