First soak the vermicelli in hot water for 5 minutes until soft.

Cut the pork into minced meat, marinate with salt, cooking wine, and light soy sauce for 10 minutes.

Add green pepper, red pepper and ginger shreds to the pan and stir-fry, add two tablespoons of Laoganma.

Add minced meat and stir-fry together.

Add half a bowl of water and bring to a boil.

Add the vermicelli and stir-fry until the water is dry.

Add dark soy sauce to mix and serve.
