Homemade original potato chips
Overview
A year ago, I didn’t like eating potato chips very much~~~~It’s not that I couldn’t resist the temptation of potato chips, but I didn’t look at them at all, and naturally I wouldn’t buy them~~~ A year later, I never forgot about potato chips~~~~Watching TV and eating potato chips~~Oops, a bag of potato chips is bottomed~~~~When I buy a lot of snacks, I will always eliminate the potato chips as quickly as possible~~~My husband is confused: Huh? Didn’t you love potato chips before?

Ingredients
Steps
-
Wash the potatoes and cut them into thin slices. Personally, it can be a little thicker. If you are not in a hurry to make potato chips, you can soak the potato slices in clean water first to prevent them from turning black;
-
Dry the potato slices; you can use kitchen towels or clean gauze;
-
Wipe dry potato slices and place them on a non-stick baking sheet;
-
Sprinkle with salt; to make plain potato chips, just sprinkle with some salt;
-
Turn on the oven, adjust the upper and lower heat to 130 degrees, and wait for preheating to complete;
-
Place the baking sheet into the middle rack of the oven and bake for 5 minutes;
-
Flip and bake for another 3 minutes;
-
The baked potato chips become crispy as soon as they cool down; they are delicious when dipped in homemade tomato sauce.
