bundle of spinach (1 pound), 1 red pepper, 1 head of garlic.

Wash and shred the red pepper, slice the garlic, wash the spinach, blanch it for 10 seconds, add some sugar to the water, take it out and cool it immediately, dry it and cut it into sections.
