Pancake fruit
Overview
Pancakes with meat, vegetables and eggs. A delicious, nutritious and quick breakfast. Authentic pancakes are mixed with mung bean flour. In the past, they were made with pure flour and were not delicious. Very sticky feeling. I bought mung bean flour from a certain store and tried it today. It is really good. It tastes chewy but not hard. I won’t say it anymore. If I say too much, it will be just drool. Pictured above.

Prepare materials. Wash the lettuce, wash the eggs, wash the green onions, and bake the sausages and dough sticks.

Finely chop green onions. Mix mung bean noodles and flour, add 400 grams of water and stir into a thin batter.

Coat the pan with a thin layer of oil with kitchen paper. When the pan is hot, pour a spoonful of batter and slowly turn the pan to spread the batter into a round shape. Lower the heat until the batter is about to solidify.

Add one whole egg and use a spatula to break up the yolk and scrape it all over the surface of the pancake in a clockwise motion.

Sprinkle the sesame seeds and chopped green onions before the eggs solidify. If they solidify, the chopped green onions and sesame seeds won't stick to them. Sprinkle sesame seeds first and then green onions.

When the egg liquid is basically solidified, turn it over and apply bean paste on the back. Friends who like spicy food can add hot sauce. We have children at home and did not apply hot sauce. Place lettuce on top and roll up sausage.

Or roll it up with fried dough sticks and sausage, whatever you like. Roll up slowly.
