  1. Soak wakame in water in advance

  2. Fans soaked in water

  3. Blanch the vermicelli for 1 minute and blanch the wakame (I forgot to take the photo).

  4. Grate cucumber and carrot into shreds, add blanched vermicelli and wakame.

  5. Add soy sauce, vinegar, oil, salt, chicken essence, thirteen spices, and sesame oil in sequence. I have a baby at home who likes cucumbers, so I didn’t add chili oil. Friends who like spicy food can add more as you like.

  6. There was some meat sauce left over from the fried noodles yesterday, so I added it in as well.

  7. Stir evenly.
