Prepare the ingredients. Dip the tofu in starch first and then the egg liquid.

Heat oil in a pan, add tofu and fry over low heat until golden brown on both sides, scoop out and set aside.

Heat oil in a pot and sauté minced garlic until fragrant. Pour in appropriate amount of water and bring to a boil. Add salt, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar and tomato paste and mix well.

Pour in the tofu and bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes.

Then add pepper, chopped pepper, thirteen spices, and cook until thick.

Remove from pan and sprinkle with chopped green onion.
