Sunflower seed crispy bars
Overview
The pile of roasted sunflower seed kernels is divided into two parts. Part of it is used to review Junzhi's sunflower seed crispy balls - I have made them before, yes, I have made them. However, this time, no rubbing the ball. Rubbing the ball is too troublesome, time-consuming and labor-intensive. It is easiest to just roll it into slices and cut it into strips. The dough is not too soft yet, so this operation is no problem. The other part, that's a story for later. . . The melon seed cake turned into strips looks pretty much as expected.

Pour sunflower seeds, milk, caster sugar, brown sugar, and eggs into a food processor cup

Load into food processor and pulse repeatedly
