Steamed taro with chopped pepper

One large taro, peeled and cut into small pieces

Place the sliced taro on the plate. Be careful to arrange them staggered. Do not stack several pieces tightly together, as this will not allow them to steam thoroughly.

Place a layer of chopped chili on top of the taro, put it into a steamer and steam over high heat for 20 minutes.

Once steamed, you can serve it directly😄
