Braised creek fish platter
Overview
Fishing by the stream is a real leisure and entertainment activity, with fresh air and crystal clear water. I also harvested various wild stream fish such as crucian carp, white fish, grouper, and gourd fish🐟. I made a braised stream fish platter, which tasted particularly delicious😍😄

Clean the stream fish and drain the water. Heat the oil in a pan, add the river fish and fry over low heat

Flip and fry until golden brown

Add ginger and garlic and stir-fry

Add salt, cooking wine, light soy sauce, scallions, add appropriate amount of water, cover and simmer over medium-low heat until fragrant

Remove the juice from the pot over high heat
