Overview
In the past, flour was added to increase the viscosity of croquettes. I didn’t know that mung bean noodles could also be used. I saw that my friend Wan Shanhong made this croquettes using mung bean noodles, so I immediately followed suit. I was worrying about how to get rid of the mung bean noodles at home, and now it came in handy.
