Stir-fried shredded potatoes
Overview
A light side dish, nothing special. It can be used with porridge or noodles for breakfast. For a nice color, you can add some shredded carrots, which will make it more appetizing. Because I ate it in the morning, I didn’t squeeze out the chili oil, so it had a light and refreshing taste.

Blanch the shredded potatoes in hot water, not too long
