Peel and cut yam into sections

Tear the oyster mushrooms into small pieces and wash them

Put water and ginger slices in the pot

Add chicken legs

Skim off the floating residue, turn to medium-low heat and simmer

After one hour add fungus, yam and oyster mushroom
