Peel the potatoes.

Cut into small pieces with a knife.

Add salt to the pot and blanch for about three minutes.

Drain the blanched potato pieces and set aside.

Heat oil in a pan, add potato cubes and stir-fry.

Fry both sides until golden brown.

Then add green onion and red pepper.

Add appropriate amount of oyster sauce, salt, five-spice powder, sugar and dark soy sauce to taste.

Finally sprinkle in cumin and sesame seeds.
