Braised tofu with onions
Overview
I haven’t bought onions for a long time. I remember that I didn’t like onions when I was a child. But when I grew up, I learned to eat them and I actually liked them very much. Onions are called the queen of vegetables. They are naturally rich in nutrients. They are not only rich in potassium, vitamin C, folic acid, zinc, selenium, fiber and other nutrients, but also two special nutrients - quercetin and prostaglandin A. These two special nutrients give onions many health benefits that cannot be replaced by other foods. Onions can maintain cardiovascular health, prevent cancer, stimulate appetite, aid digestion, sterilize, and fight colds. (
