Remove the internal organs of the saury, wash it, and lightly make two cuts on both sides;

Then apply an appropriate amount of salt, squeeze in the juice of half a sour orange and marinate for half an hour;

Use kitchen paper to dry the fish before frying;

After preheating the upper and lower plates of the electric pan, brush a thin layer of oil and place the saury; select the "Grilled Fish/Grilled Shrimp" button to heat and start covering the upper plate;

When the heating is halfway through, turn the fish over, sprinkle a little black pepper first, then some more cumin powder, cover it until the heating is finished;

Then use the residual heat to repeatedly fry the fish for a while, and sprinkle a small amount of cumin powder on it.
