  1. Wash and peel the tomatoes, cut the coriander into sections, and do not need to beat the eggs. 

  2. Wash and cut the cabbage into sections, you can also use other green vegetables instead. 

  3. Slice the lean meat and marinate with pepper, salt, starch, cooking wine, soy sauce, and cooking oil for 10 minutes. 

  4. Add water to the pot, bring to a boil and add the noodles. After boiling, add the meat slices. 

  5. Then beat in two eggs, add chopped tomatoes when they are eight, add light soy sauce and salt to taste, and finally sprinkle in coriander.
