Prepare raw materials. Regarding chicken crispy bones, it may not be easy to buy in vegetable markets in small cities. Jingfeng recommends Liuhe brand Zhangzhongbao from a certain store, which costs about 100 yuan per bag (2 kilograms). The quantity of chili and garlic depends on personal preference. Because my parents can't eat spicy food, the dishes Jingfeng cooks are not particularly spicy. If you like spicy food, you can add chili pepper as appropriate.

Chop the garlic or cut it into small pieces (it’s very convenient to tap it twice with a knife when peeling the garlic), and cut the bell pepper into small pieces.

Heat oil in a pot over medium heat, add the chicken crispy bones coated in flour and fry for 2-3 minutes until golden brown, then remove and control the oil.
