Organ Potato
Overview
When you are free, try to be busy with your hobbies. Otherwise, when you get busy, it will be difficult to have time to concentrate. The taste of life experienced through constant tasting, continuous learning, and continuous progress is by no means just what is felt by the taste buds on the tip of the tongue. Baking and various delicacies have given me, a non-professional enthusiast, an opportunity for self-realization to a greater extent. The famous American psychologist A.H. Maslow divided human desires into five levels, and self-realization is the highest point of human pursuit.

Just mix and match freely. There is no fixed formula for this. I originally planned to use Lee Kum Kee's barbecue sauce, but found it was out of stock, so I switched to the 3 types in the picture, (Korean garlic sauce): 1 (sweet noodle sauce): 1 (shacha sauce) and mixed with olive oil in a ratio of evenly used. I also prepared some butter and mozzarella cheese to grill together.

Wash the potatoes (be sure to brush them clean) and cut them into accordion shapes (don’t cut off the bottom, try to cut them as finely as possible). Mix the sauce and olive oil and spread it on the surface of the cut potatoes and inside each organ leaf.
-
Finally sprinkle with chives or mozzarella cheese in the center. (Just feel free to use it according to your personal taste)
-
Potatoes must be roasted until they are completely soft (wilted or charred), so the baking time must be appropriately extended according to the baking conditions.
-
It is recommended to use smaller potatoes.
