  1. Dice carrots.

  3. Cut the chicken into cubes, add one spoonful of cooking wine, one spoonful of light soy sauce and one spoonful of starch, stir evenly and set aside.

  4. Cut the green onion into small sections, slice the garlic, and mince the ginger.

  5. In a small bowl, add two spoons of light soy sauce, one spoon of starch, half a spoon of oyster sauce, and appropriate amount of water and stir evenly.
