Dice carrots.

Dice the potatoes.

Cut the chicken into cubes, add one spoonful of cooking wine, one spoonful of light soy sauce and one spoonful of starch, stir evenly and set aside.

Cut the green onion into small sections, slice the garlic, and mince the ginger.

In a small bowl, add two spoons of light soy sauce, one spoon of starch, half a spoon of oyster sauce, and appropriate amount of water and stir evenly.

Heat the pot, add an appropriate amount of vegetable oil, heat the oil, add the diced chicken and stir-fry until it turns white, take it out and set aside.

Leave an appropriate amount of base oil in the pot, add diced potatoes and carrots and stir-fry until soft.

Add onion, ginger and garlic and stir-fry.

Add appropriate amount of salt and stir-fry.

Add diced chicken.
