Baking pies

Baking pies

Overview

I used the remaining stuffing to make a pie. I originally planned to fry it in a pan, but then I decided to bake it in the oven. Unexpectedly, when I was preheating the oven, I discovered that something was wrong with the oven - the heating tube continued to glow red and hot, and it was threatening to die if it did not burn out. Could it be that the temperature control switch is broken? What can we do? Transfer to pan frying? The pancakes don’t seem to be easy to handle, and frying them one by one is very time-consuming. What the heck, bake! Artificial temperature control! Put the thermometer in the baking pan, put it in the oven, turn off the switch, and turn it on again when the thermometer indicates that the temperature has dropped. Repeat this to bake golden scones. However, the baking plan for the next day had to be changed to dismantling and inspecting the oven. . . .
