Ingredients
Steps
-
Prepare 200 grams of peanuts with skin.
-
Use a strainer to filter out impurities before frying.
-
Heat the pan until the surface is hot. (You can feel a heat when you put your hand on the pot surface)
-
Pour in the peanuts and stir-fry for a while. (The advantage of using a pan is that you can lift the entire pan to turn the peanuts and heat them evenly)
-
Fry over medium-low heat until black spots appear on the skin of the peanuts, then scoop them out. (About 5-7 minutes)
-
Let cool for a while.
-
Put the fried peanuts in a zip-keeping bag, leave an appropriate amount of space in the zip-keeping bag, seal it tightly, and rub the peanuts back and forth with your hands to make the peanut coating fall off easily.
-
Pour it out and blow it gently with a hair dryer, and the peanut skin will float out. (It is best to prepare a basin of water next to it. If the peanut clothes fall into the water, you don’t need to sweep the floor, and it will be cleaned faster.)
-
Just sprinkle some salt and pepper powder.
